Return Information

We accept returns for all orders within 30 days from the day you received your order. Upon receiving the order in it's original condition, you will receive a refund within 24 hours. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process and complete.

The return address will depend on the items being returned as we have multiple warehouses. We ask all of our customers to either call us at 508-728-6156 or email us if you wish to return an item/order. Simply let us know the following information:

• Your Order #
• Why you wish to return the order

We then will email you back providing you the return address. Once we receive the return in it's proper condition, a refund will be initiated.

Return Process

To summarize, if you wish to send back an order or part of an order, the return process is as follows:

• Contact us either via email or phone, let us know your order number and why you wish to start a return.
• We will approve the return, and let you know the return address to return the order to
• Once we receive the order in the proper condition, we will issue a refund for the sale price, original shipping price, and return shipping depending on the situation explained below.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

Return shipping will be paid by us if the order is incorrect in some way, damaged, or for any other reason that is deemed our fault. If you wish to return the order or part of the order because you simply don't want it anymore or it isn't what you expected, you will be required to pay return shipping.

What Products Are not Returnable?

• Electronic items that have been turned on
• Custom painted figurines, and standard pre-painted figurines for color variations as they are all hand painted

Shipping Times

1. Orders weighing under 16 ounces can be shipped using USPS Standard (1-5 days transit time, delivery time not guaranteed). This is the most affordable shipping option, which helps save you money on shipping costs!
2. The third option is USPS Standard Plus (1-3 days transit time, delivery time guaranteed). Priority shipping can be selected for any order.
3. The last option is USPS express mail, which is considered overnight shipping, but can take up to 2 days, depending on the destination and when the order is placed.

Priority Mail

Most of our customers use our priority mail option. Below you can view an image of our location (Red Symbol) and the delivery times based on your location. Priority mail takes 1-3 business days for delivery. If using first class mail expect 1-2 additional days compared to image above. If using express expect 1-2 days less than the image above. International Shipping Times

1. First class mail varies between 1-5 weeks depending on the location - ***Also note, first class mail does not include insurance against loss or damage.
2. Priority mail takes approximately 6-10 business days for delivery.
3. Priority Mail Express takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery.
4. Global Express Mail takes approximately 1-3 business days for delivery.

Exclusions

All orders placed on dogloverstore.com ship within 24 hours between Monday-Friday. If you order before 12 (Noon) EST your order will ship same day guaranteed. But there are exclusions to this. Exclusions include:

Expect 1-2 weeks for all items during February to October. 1-4 weeks for November to January. Memorial boxes take 7-10 days to ship year round.
