Handling Times

All orders placed on dogloverstore.com ship within 24 hours between Monday-Friday. If you order before 12 (Noon) EST your order will ship same day guaranteed. But there are exclusions to this. Exclusions include:

Expect 1-2 weeks for all items listed above during February to October. 1-4 weeks for November to January. Stocking Holders and Sunflower Figurines ship in 1 business day, except for November and December, where you should expect a 4-day handling time.

Note to International Buyers:

USPS first class mail does not include insurance. If you want your package to be insured, please choose USPS priority mail to protect against loss or damage to your order. If you choose first class mail and your package is lost or damaged, we will not be responsible for your package.

Our handmade to order wooden products that require a handling time for production are shipped from a separate warehouse. All international customers paying for priority international mail and ordering products from two different warehouses, the smaller order will ship first class mail with insurance, and the second package will ship priority.

Shipping

95% of our orders are shipped out within 24 hours, but please allow 24-48 hours for your item to ship. You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.

EXCLUSIONS: All outdoor/indoor wooden items containing a disclaimer of 7-10 day/2-4 week handling time will take anywhere from 7 days to 4 weeks to ship depending on the season. All stocking holders and sunflower figurines have a 1 day handling time from January to October and a 4 day handling time in November and December. Be sure to check the description of the product for handling times.

Free Shipping on All Standard US Orders

Free shipping is included for all US orders on all products.

We Offer Three Shipping Options:

1. The first shipping option, USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days transit time, delivery time not guaranteed). This is the most affordable shipping option, which helps save you money on shipping costs!

2. The second option is USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days transit time, delivery time guaranteed). Priority shipping can be selected for any order.

3. The last option is USPS express mail, which is considered overnight shipping, but can take up to 2 days, depending on the destination and when the order is placed.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your purchase. You must contact us first before deciding to return your purchase. If the item is damaged or not as described, the return shipping will be paid by us. If you are merely unhappy or do not want the item any longer, you must pay the return shipping, and your order will not be refunded until we have the item, and see it is in the same condition as you received it.

Return Process

  • Contact us either via email or phone, let us know your order number and why you wish to start a return.
  • We will approve the return, and let you know the return address to return the order to.
  • Once we receive the order in the proper condition, we will issue a refund for the sale price, original shipping price, and return shipping depending on the situation explained below.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

Return shipping will be paid by us if the order is incorrect in some way, damaged, or for any other reason that is deemed our fault. If you wish to return the order or part of the order because you simply don’t want it anymore or it isn’t what you expected, you will be required to pay return shipping.


What Products Are not Returnable?

Certain items are non refundable: Electronics if they have been turned on, dog figurines are not refundable/returnable for color variations as they are all hand painted and colors may vary. All items that require a 7-10 business day period to ship are non returnable unless there is a mistake with the order or damaged in transit. Items that have specific return policies that are thoroughly described in the detailed description of the product are also non refundable or returnable unless they are damaged in transit or incorrect in some way. Custom painted figurines can not be returned.

  • Electronic items that have been turned on
  • Custom painted figurines, and standard pre-painted figurines for color variations as they are all hand painted

Payments Accepted

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. All credit card payments are processed securely on a PCI/DSS compliant server. We use Stripe for all of our credit card transactions to ensure a secure payment and no possibility of your credit card details being compromised if our website were to be hacked.

We also accept PayPal and Amazon Checkout which are processed securely and PCI compliant as well.

***There may be a delay in shipping time while we wait for e-checks paid via Paypal to clear.

Sales Tax

Everyone making a purchase from Massachusetts will be charged a 6.25% sales tax during checkout as we have a physical presence in Massachusetts.

With the new economic nexus tax law in effect we currently must also collect taxes on taxable products for the following states:

All giveaways held on our social media accounts are subject to the following:

  • Winners are chosen at random by a random number generator.
  • No purchase necessary.
  • Lost or damaged giveaway prizes will not be replaced.
  • Giveaway prizes are non returnable or exchangeable for credit or monetary value.
  • After winners are announced, you have one week to claim your prize and then we hold the right to choose a new winner.
