I received this item quickly, but I’m very disappointed in the product. It is just a piece of paper inserted into the double-wall space, and it’s not even a high-quality print. I did not receive a straw. I’m concerned whether I can even wash this, as I’m afraid the print will get wet if the tumbler is submerged.

Thank you for your message. Each of the tumblers comes with a clear straw, which is placed separately from the tumbler inside the box. By directions from the manufacturer, these are all recommended to be hand washed only.
