The following information is stored on our server when placing an order on our website with any payment method:

All of these details can be removed from our server at the customer’s request. We can also send/export personal data reports at the request of the user. All personal data will be cleared from orders after 3 years.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, placed an order, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. When products are out of stock, we allow customers to enter their email to receive an automated email when the product is back in stock.
When an order is placed on our website with any of the above payment methods, the buyer’s:
