How can I view the status of my order?

Click the “My Account|Register” link in the top menu above, then login with your account. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order you wish to view.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Amazon Payments, and Paypal.

What are your shipping costs?

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart and entering your zip code. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. We ship with USPS first class mail (1-3 days, not guaranteed), priority mail (1-3 days guaranteed), and express (USPS guaranteed overnight).

Do you price match?

Yes. We will match any competitors price. Send us an email (dogloverstore@gmail.com) or give us a call (508-728-6156) with the link to the site that offers a lower price. Once we validate the website, we will match the price for you. Auctions and special sales void a price match guarantee.

The shipping price is high, why?

We believe in reasonable shipping prices. We try our best not to over-charge for shipping and handling like other companies do. We charge for the price of shipping, plus packaging material, and the time we take to ship the item. If you have an inquiry with the shipping price please contact us. For international orders, we may be able to offer a lower custom shipping price.

My item is damaged or not as described, what do I do?

Either email us at support@dogloverstore.com or call us at 508-728-6156 from 8am-5pm EST.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, you can see your international shipping rate by adding your item to your cart and clicking the calculate shipping link.

Please note, USPS first class mail does not include insurance. If you want your package to be insured, please choose USPS priority mail to protect against loss or damage to your order. If you choose first class mail we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
